Les Fry

Les was elected to the Town Council in May, 2019. He is also a member of the Dorset Council.

Les says ...

"Born and brought up in West Dorset, I moved to Dorchester in 1992. My 4 sons were educated in Dorchester, with 3 still living in the area.

I am passionate about helping the town and its people. I have been a Governor at Prince of Wales School, a Dorset County Hospital Elected Governor and currently serve on the Management Committee of the Dorchester Youth and Community Club.

I was a Police Officer, spending 9 1/2 years as the Inspector for Dorchester, so understand the town and its issues.

I'm an active member of Rotary, raising money for local causes through events such as the Marathon and Beerex."
